Our jewelry is meticulously crafted from 18k vermeil, a nickel-free 925 Sterling Silver base plated with 18k Rose or Yellow Gold or Platina. The gold coating is 50% thicker than traditional gold-plated pieces, ensuring enduring beauty over the years.

18k vermeil is an officially recognized term, signifying sterling silver entirely enveloped in 18k solid gold. This results in a unique jewelry piece that outlasts regular gold plating, with our gold layer measuring a substantial 3.0 microns thicker than the industry average for enhanced durability against fading or tarnishing

Our gemstones are crafted from lab-developed imitation diamonds and synthetic gemstones. Employing exceptional cutting techniques, our gemstones sparkle like real diamonds, while laboratory cultivation ensures vivid and rare colors for our colored gemstones. A special synthesis method provides them with inclusions similar to natural gemstones. Our raw materials include synthetic cubic zirconia in various colors, synthetic rubies, synthetic emeralds, synthetic sapphires, synthetic aquamarines, and more.

Yes. We offer two-year warranty on all our jewelry. Manufacturing defects like breakage or tarnishing are covered in this time and we're committed to replacing these quickly and at no cost. Please see our Warranty for more information.

We are sorry to hear that your jewelry isn’t 100% perfect.

If you experience faults with your jewelry outside of our normal returns and exchanges policy, we’ll review your enquiry as a warranty claim. Please contact us via info@velnicjewels.com. We will review your claim and inform you about the next steps.

• Store pieces separately, and hang necklaces to keep them from tangling.
• Wipe clean with a soft cloth, and do not use conventional fine jewelry cleaner.

We are committed to producing top quality jewelry with superior plating thickness. However, if your jewels are exposed to the products or water as per above, some tarnishing may occur. Additionally, your own pH may impact the life cycle of your jewelry.
