Returns & Exchanges

We hope you will be delighted with your piece of VELNIC JEWELS.

However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, VELNIC JEWELS is happy to adjust, exchange, or refund your order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will instruct you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that we do not cover costs paired with returns, therefore you will be responsible for them. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover 100% of the cost of return in addition to your full refund!

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover the cost of return in addition to your full refund!

All items returned as faulty will be inspected, if the item is displaying signs of damage due to customer wear and tear, they might not be accepted as faulty. If not accepted faulty, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange collection or pay for the postage for the item to be redelivered to the customer.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom products and special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Please review product details carefully before purchasing, and don't hesitate to contact us at info@velnicjewels.com if you need any assistance with your decision.

We do not accept any returns for product purchased from a third party. Please contact the third party directly for exchanges or returns.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
